Gentle Dental aims to be as gentle on your wallet as our dentists are when providing treatment. Our professional staff will help you get the most from your dental insurance benefits and explain any deductibles and co-pays to you.

The Gentle Dental Smile Plan is perfect if you don’t have dental insurance and offers significant savings. The plan has no waiting period, involves no paperwork, and covers all pre-existing conditions.
You can enroll as an individual, couple or family and receive significant discounts on preventative services including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays, as well as a host of other dental services. All other services including specialty care such as extractions, root canals, and orthodontics are discounted 20% from our list prices.
The Smile Plan is effective immediately and there are no claim forms to fill out and no maximums. Seniors 62 and older receive additional discounts on enrollment fees and parents can keep children on their family plan until age 26.

Dr. Comerford encourages his patients to be involved in their treatment in order to achieve the best results possible, and is always open to questions and is attentive to each patient’s needs.
After graduating with a degree in Biology from Francis Marion University, Dr. Comerford received his Dental Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine.
Away from the office, Dr. Comerford likes enjoys relaxing by visiting the target range or working on his model train projects. He is a veteran of the US Navy.

Dr. Cooper is passionate about being an Orthodontist. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego, (where he also became an avid surfer,) Dr. Cooper received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his Orthodontic training and Master of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Cooper and his amazing wife have 3 children. They love calling the Willamette Valley their home. In his free time, he loves hiking and adventuring with his wife, mountain biking and competing in triathlons with his friends.
