Dallas, OR, Gentle Dental is conveniently located at the junction of Northeast Kings Valley Highway and East Ellendale Avenue. Our office is right next to Starbucks, and southeast of Walmart.
Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and our administrative staff can help you schedule appointments that work best for your work or school day. To put quality dental health care within reach for everyone, we accept nearly every type of dental insurance plan, and we also offer payment options for those without coverage. We also provide payment plans and a Dedicated Dental Plan, which lowers the cost of many procedures by 20 percent or more.
Dallas Gentle Dental offers a huge range of dental procedures, including dentistry for babies, children, teens, and adults of all ages. Our highly experienced staff of dental hygienists, dentists, and oral surgeons also bring you teeth whitening, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry, as well as orthodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery. About Me
Dr. Choi received his undergraduate degree in nursing from Duke University and a master’s from North Carolina State University. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Oregon Health and Science University, School of Dentistry in Portland. He continued post graduate training in a hospital dentistry residency from ECMC/University at Buffalo, followed by a pediatric dentistry residency at University of Rochester/Eastman Institute for Oral Health in New York. Since he has worked in multiple pediatric dental offices before joining Gentle Dental.
He is a board-certified pediatric dentist and a diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Choi is honored to bring all of his experience and caring to the children in the community near Dallas, Albany and surrounding area. He can be reached at Gentle Dental Dallas and Gentle Dental Albany Children’s where he wants to make a difference in children’s oral health.
He is happily married to his wife Lorena and has a small child. When not at work, he is busing playing with his son and enjoys learning new recipes on YouTube, also spending time outdoors walking, running, and hiking.

ABOUT ME
Meet Dr. Lorena Ibarra, a compassionate dentist fluent in Spanish. Driven by a motivation to contribute to individuals’ health and better communities through oral health, Dr. Ibarra was drawn to the field of dentistry. With years of experience, she takes great pleasure in participating in a child’s development and lifelong practices of better health. Dr. Ibarra loves seeing perspectives from a child’s eyes and helping them form healthy habits.
In her free time, Dr. Ibarra can be found exploring the great outdoors by hiking, reading, or cooking. Originally from Oregon, Dr. Ibarra is proud to serve the community she calls home.
Dr. Ibarra wants her patients to know that she is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and is fluent in Spanish to better serve the diverse community. With Dr. Ibarra, patients can expect to receive the utmost care and attention to help them achieve their oral health goals.
