Corvallis Gentle Dental is conveniently located in the shopping plaza at the southwest corner of Northwest Spruce Avenue and Northwest 9th Street. Our office is south of the Walmart Neighborhood Market and north of Villa Chateau Apartments.
To make planning your dental procedures around your busy schedule easier, we offer early morning and evening office hours from Tuesday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are also open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays. We accept almost all insurance plans, and for those without dental coverage we offer a Dedicated Dental Plan that reduces the cost of most dentistry services by 20 percent or more. With free and low-cost consultations and payment plans, there are options for every patient in need.
Corvallis Gentle Dental offers numerous dentistry types for children, teens, and adults of all ages. As a general family dentistry practice, we also offer cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening. If you or your child needs another type of dental procedure, call us and we can discuss what else is available from our experienced team of dentists and dental hygienists.

Dr. Cooper is passionate about being an Orthodontist. He loves being able to educate his patients on the benefits of orthodontics and feels blessed to have the opportunity to improve their oral health while creating beautiful, radiant smiles, “I treat my patients with the same care and attention to detail that I would give to my own family.” Dr. Cooper is excited for you to come meet his fantastic team and work together with him to achieve your perfect smile.
After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego, (where he also became an avid surfer,) Dr. Cooper received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his Orthodontic training and Master of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Cooper and his amazing wife have 3 children. They love calling the Willamette Valley their home. In his free time, he loves hiking and adventuring with his wife, mountain biking and competing in triathlons with his friends.

ABOUT ME
Dr. Kotzin says, “The best thing about being a dentist is helping people to have a beautiful, healthy smile. Dentistry combines art, science and the ability to improve the health of our community. Dr. Kotzin aims to create a welcoming and comforting environment by treating each of her patients like family.
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Dr. Kotzin received her Dental Degree from the OHSU School of Dentistry. To keep up with evolving technology, she’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association and the Central Oregon Dental Society.
Dr. Kotzin says, “I grew up in a small fishing town in rural Alaska and love all that central Oregon has to offer. In my free time I enjoy skiing, yoga, rock climbing, my pets, travel and cooking.”
